Glendale Overseas Properties was founded by two Independent Financial Advisers, Grahame Sharp and Rob Sharp (father and son). Both have been in the Financial Services Industry for a number of years, Grahame since 1992 and Rob since 2000. They have their own IFA practice.
It is the company’s aim to offer something more than just advice on purchasing a suitable investment property/ holiday home abroad and we have helped our clients take advantage of the opportunities available for investment/purchase initially in off plan European property. This has led Glendale Overseas to obtain specific investment opportunities which has resulted in numerous purchases and options secured most recently in the Eastern Algarve, Portugal, a truly beautiful location.
